Inquiries and advisory

Inquiries and Advisory Consultations

Start with a free merchant or partner inquiry, or arrange a paid assessment for startup advisory and financing needs.

Choose your starting point

Inquire freely. Pay for advisory work.

The $100 advisory intake applies to startup business advisory and financing assessments. Merchant services inquiries, enterprise payment discussions, and representative or partner introductions carry no intake fee.

Before you pay for advisory

  1. Confirm the scope and session terms. Tell our team whether you need startup planning, launch or expansion advice, a financing assessment, or dedicated advisory. Review the cancellation, rescheduling and refund policy below before paying.
  2. Agree on the session and fee. Choose the team assessment or dedicated advisory with JL Marc Lefebvre. Confirm the scope and displayed fee before booking.
  3. Pay and schedule. Once confirmed, use the matching payment option. Use the matching booking calendar after payment to schedule your team intake or dedicated advisory session.
  4. Discuss your next steps. The team intake reviews your advisory needs or proposed financing deal. Dedicated advisory addresses the business decisions agreed for your session.

How we work

We begin with your business needs and agree on the appropriate next step.

  • Initial inquiry: tell us about your business, markets and goals.
  • Requirements review: we assess the information relevant to your request and identify gaps.
  • Provider introductions: where appropriate, we introduce suitable providers. Their approvals, funding and service decisions remain their responsibility.
  • Agreed next steps: confirm the scope, responsibilities and any fees before proceeding.

What advisory can provide

An assessment of your objectives, current position and priorities, followed by discussion of the next steps. Neither an intake assessment nor dedicated advisory guarantees funding, approval or a particular business result.
